The Process
The centrifuge spins the blood at a controlled speed and duration, allowing the heavier red blood cells to separate from the lighter plasma and platelets. This process concentrates the platelets, white blood cells, and fibrin in the upper layer, creating a natural fibrin matrix rich in growth factors.

After centrifuging the whole blood, the Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) layer forms at the top of the tube, above the red blood cells. This PRF layer, rich in platelets, white blood cells, and fibrin, is carefully extracted using a sterile syringe.
