A graduate of Florida State University, Dr. Farabee completed her medical degree in 2009 and pursued her residency in Family Medicine at Halifax Medical Center, which she completed in 2012. Board-certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Farabee is committed to providing holistic and compassionate care to her patients.
Her extensive background enables her to treat a variety of health conditions, focusing on personalized treatment plans that promote long-term health and well-being. Dr. Farabee’s dedication to her patients and her expertise in family medicine make her a valuable asset to our team.

My name is Mindy, and I’m originally from the beautiful islands of Trinidad and Tobago. I’ve been living in Winston‑Salem with my family for almost four years, and it’s truly become a second home. I hold an associate’s degree in Business Management and bring 10+ years of experience in the customer service industry.
I have a genuine passion for helping people, connecting with others, learning new cultures, and embracing everything that makes each one unique. I also love to cook, bake, and try new recipes—exploring flavors is one of my favorite ways to connect with my roots and discover new traditions. I’m a huge lover of dogs as well, and I’m always happy to swap cute pup stories.
