This 90-minute appointment is where the magic happens. Based on your discovery call, our Nurse Practitioner will meet with you one-on-one to collect custom labwork, perform a physical exam, body composition scanning, and onboard you into our wellness app where you will receive your lab results, supplement recommendations, nutrition plans, and more.

Our Wellness Membership is designed to support you on your journey to optimal health, ensuring that you stay on track and achieve your wellness goals. With ongoing monthly or biweekly visits, we’ll be your accountability partner, providing the guidance and encouragement you need to implement your personalized wellness plan.
